say hey

Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you were able to get a feel for my work and the style of images I create. There’s nothing I dislike more than creating my own Bio so I am just going to rattle off a few fun facts so you can get to know me a little better and hopefully we can connect.

  • For the past 9 years I have lived in Cape Porpoise, Maine - a small fishing village on the coast of Kennebunkport - with my 14 year old son and our kitty Gracie. We recently lost our family dog of 15 years, Lily. We miss her so much. I have a step daughter, Lila, 17 and a son, Thomas, 28. All my kids are artists and musicians.

  • Before I was a photographer I was a makeup artist and hair stylist for 10 years in Los Angeles, CA. Special events and weddings were my speciality. This is why I am able to offer hair and makeup for my sessions. Most of the subjects on this site were dolled up by me.

  • If I could live outside I would. I spend most of my time with my nose on the ground looking for flowers, mushrooms, shells, magical creatures… Spending time in nature is like breathing to me. I will talk your ear off about birds and fungi if you let me. You have been warned.

  • Creating ethereal and magical images is what I was born to do. Having your portrait taken isn’t just about documenting where you are right now, although an important part of it, it’s also confidence building, self esteem building, therapeutic, and a very healthy form of self care. My favorite age group to work with are Tweens. The most awkward of all the ages, it helps tremendously with self confidence!
